The time of day is a fractal of the Dreamspell calendar, meaning there are 260 Kin in a day, and within each of those kin, are 260 "Beats". Of course, 13 kin is a wavespell, 52 a castle. So there are 20 wavespells a day, 5 castles a day, etc.
Note: A "Measure" is a fractal of a Wavespell, consisting of 13 "Beats". A "Bar" is a fractal of a Castle, consisting of 52 "Beats", or 4 "Measures".
